NOTICE OF FILING OF REPORT

OF DELINQUENT CHARGES AND OF PUBLIC HEARING

                        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a report of delinquent water and sewer charges due and owing the Linda County Water District has been filed with the clerk of the District pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 5473.1 The District proposes to collect these delinquent charges on the tax roll.

                        NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the District will hold a public hearing on the report on July 10, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the District offices, 1280 Scales Avenue, Marysville, California 95901.  All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and to present oral or written objections or protests concerning the report or the proposal to collect delinquent charges on the tax roll.
