Regarding Adoption of the2020 Urban Water Management Plan

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Linda County Water District will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021 to discuss and adopt a 2020 Urban Water Management Plan. Linda County Water District is required in accordance with the California Water Code to prepare an Urban Water Management Plan and submit to the Department of Water Resources after adoption by the Board of Directors.

The purpose of the Urban Water Management Plan is to achieve efficient use of water supplies and protect District ratepayers and their water sources. This report has been prepared in accordance with guidelines established by the California Department of Water Resources.
